About

Eight years building software Australian organisations depend on.

Offices in Brisbane and Adelaide, working with clients across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia.

Minjet Technologies builds enterprise software, data platforms and AI capability for organisations that need the result to last longer than the engagement.

We work across sectors where domain knowledge changes the answer — energy and the National Electricity Market, agriculture, financial services, and retail and e-commerce — and we are candid about the sectors where we do not have that depth.

Our delivery model is a small hybrid squad: an onshore lead accountable in Australian hours, with build capacity offshore on deliberately overlapping time. It gives clients local accountability without paying Australian-market rates for every seat, and it is the reason we can work with small and medium organisations as well as larger ones.

We are not the right firm for everything. Work that genuinely needs thirty people in parallel is not what we do well, and we do not offer security assurance services. Saying so early has cost us engagements and saved clients considerably more.

We hold no vendor quotas and no reseller targets. Platform recommendations are made on your requirements alone.

How we operate

Four things we hold to

Say the unwelcome thing early

If the data will not support the project, or the timeline is not achievable, or we are not the right firm — that is worth more said in week one than discovered in month six.

Build for the handover

Every engagement should end with your team able to operate and change what we built. Software you cannot maintain without us is not an asset you own.

Stay independent

No vendor quotas, no reseller targets. Where that costs us a referral fee, it buys you a recommendation you can actually weigh.

Small teams, close to the work

Five to seven people who understand the whole problem beat a larger team coordinating through documents.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.
